Shipping & Delivery
Grabitall takes responsibility for your package and its contents up to the point of delivery. If your parcel goes missing or the contents are damaged upon delivery, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you.
All orders are currently delivered on an economy service with a flat nationwide shipping fee of R79.
Our picking, packing, and delivery timelines are dependant on your order contents and delivery location – so delivery times may vary. Your order status will be updated as follows from the moment we confirm your order up until the time it is delivered to you.
As soon as we receive payment we will start processing your order. You can track the status of all your open orders under My Orders in My account.
Grabitall Inbound Lead Time refers to the time taken to get the contents of your order from suppliers to our warehouse:
2-3 working days from a domestic supplier.
5 working days from an international supplier.
Canceling your order:
Orders can be canceled as long as your order is in processing status, once your parcel is en route for delivery you can no longer cancel your order.

FedEx Outbound Lead Time refers to the time taken to get your order from our warehouse to your shipping address:
2-3 working days for main centers
3-5 working days for outlying area
Once we receive proof of delivery from FedEx we will close your order and mark it as delivered.
As per government regulations we are limited to the sale of essential products during this period. Due to safety precaution measures taken at our warehouse, all essential products are in stock and will be delivered in 2-3 days.
